All resellers can buy Italian charm bracelets and sterling silver jewelry from us: Retailers, wholesalers, distributors, flea market venders, home businesses, etc.

2. What is your minimum order?
$100 USD for initial order; $100 for subsequent orders.

3. How can I order?
You can order by phone, fax, or email. If you want to fax or email us an order, we need the following information:
Business name (or Personal name) and tax ID (or S.S. No.), address, phone number, your name, and credit card information.
If you want to email us the order, it is generally a good idea to call us with the credit card number for security.

4. Is it safe to use my credit card ?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure.
Our internet site is built on the LPCommerce system that utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and interfaces with IC Verify to process credit cards.

5. If your charms are made in China, why is it called 'Italian charms'?
'Italian charms' is a generic term.  Another example would be Swiss cheese, most of which are not made in Swiss.  Also, in light of the fact that many Italian companies import charms from China and brand it with their logo and 'made in Italy,' it makes very little difference.

6. Your starter bracelets are hard to open.  Is there an easier way?
Our starter bracelets are tightly wrapped for better protection and preservation, but that doesn't mean that they're hard to open.  We found that most people who're having a hard time opening our starter bracelets are trying to force it open or cutting it with scissors.  Instead, try to find the corner and gently peel it open as shown here.

7. Are Italian charms and silver jewelry beads sold on our site compatible with others?
Yes. Our Italian modular charms are standard 9mm, which represents over 99% of all the Italian modular charms that are sold worldwide, including Zoppini, Nomination, Unodomani, etc.

8. Do you accept international orders?
Yes.  We have customers ordering from all over the world from Germany to Japan.
On your first order, the merchandise will be sent out on the third business day to ensure international credit card compatibility.

9. How much is shipping for domestic / international orders?
You can find that information for yourself, either at www.ups.com(UPS) or www.usps.com(US Postal Service) using the origin zip code of 10001 (New York, NY) and destination zip code of your location.   You'll have to guess the weight, but it can still give you a good idea. 

10. How fast do we ship?
We ship all orders received before noon (EST) on the same day; orders received afternoon may be shipped on the next business day. We use UPS and US Postal Service.

11. What is your discount policy?

Silver beads, silver birthstones, silver charms and silver rings: If you buy by units of a dozen, we additionally discount 10%.
Silver bracelets and necklaces: No discount

Italian charms and bracelets, Sliding charms and bracelets except silver jewelry: We discount as below.
5% for purchases over $1000
8% for purchases over $3000
10% for purchases over $5000

12. What is your return policy?

Please thoroughly examine your merchandise upon receipt.
We accept returns only for defective items that are found within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, in original condition, and before being sold to another customer.
If a defect is found, you must contact us for the return confirmation number, which is mandatory in order for us to process the return.

13. Do you take special orders?
Yes, with the minimum quantity of 1000 pieces of Italian charms.The whole process, from request to receipt, should take 6-8 weeks.
