Wholesale Costume Jewelry: Italian Charm Bracelets for Personalized Jewelry
As the most popular personalized jewelry, Italian charm bracelets are the hottest item on jewelry market with endless interchangeable options from our large selection of modular charms. Start with a stainless steel stretchy bracelet and add Italian modular charms to personalize your customers' bracelets: They will keep returning to add, rearrange, or replace their Italian charm bracelets.
Our Italian charms are soldered on best quality stainless steel bracelet modular links, and compatible with other 9mm standard size Italian charms and bracelets, i.e. Zoppini, Nomination, etc. All our rhinestone Italian charms are coated with a thin layer of clear enamel to protect and to secure the rhinestones in place
| At New Italian
Charms, we work directly with our manufacturer in China to optimize
the manufacturing process, to significantly improve the quality of
our Italian charms while keeping down
the cost. The end result are Italian charms that can compete
directly with Italian charms made in Italy itself--at 1/10th of
the cost. Each of our enamel Italian charms are
constructed in the following way: 1. A sheet of iron or copper is cut and molded into the desired shape of the foundation. Gold is not used for this, because it does not have the rigidity necessary for the foundation of the charm. 2. The foundation is then coated with 18K gold. 3. Colored enamel is painted on the gold covered foundation as required by design. 4. A thin layer of clear enamel is coated over the gold and color enamels, for luster and protection. 5. The design is then hand soldered on to the stainless steel base. 6. The new Italian charm is then hand buffed and polished individually to smooth out any rough edges and to bring out the luster of the colors. The Italian charm makers in Italy follow similar procedure with the advantage of being hand made. However, our manufacturer in China utilizes new, state of the art equipment and machines that are often more accurate, and always more consistent than the Italian made charms. Also, due to far lower labor costs, each charm can be buffed and polished much longer than they do in Italy, where it's just an afterthought. |
